WHATS MY ORDER STATUS
Track an online order
Sam’s Club sends an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If the email is lost or deleted, you can still track orders through your online account by following these steps.

Sign in to your account

Under Orders, select your orders. You can filter the results by status (open or canceled orders), date, and source (“Online orders”)

After finding your order, select the View Details link to see tracking information.

If no tracking is available, the order has either not shipped yet or tracking is currently unavailable. Please check back.
After completing an online order, you will receive an email confirming the purchase with an order number. Order numbers can be used as a reference if additional support is needed.
Find a late order
Contact us for help finding a late or missing order. Sometimes, orders arrive later than the estimated delivery date range. If it’s delayed 21 or more business days, we can refund or replace your order.
